I woke up early, went out and laid down on the grass field to listen to silence. Peaceful.
No winds, no clouds, clear dark sky.
The birds are already chirping even though it is still dark-thirty.
For you city folks, there is nothing better than this. Well the WIFI helps no doubt…
Lay back on the grass, say hello to Mister the Horse, who snorts and licks your face when you are least expecting it, and the dogs come over for a kiss or two.
Now I have to get up and get breakfast for everyone. Sheesh.
It was a beautiful night, the stars shone brightly whispering “Hello”.

that’d be fun but still wet grassy mornings here with frost occasionally…I’d rather do it in the dark of the night to see the stars. Hot summer nights are good for this as long as you can keep the mosquitoes as bay
