Just throw it together recipes

Someone mentioned zucchini in another thread. A friend gave me some zucchini and onions from her garden once. I sliced the zucchini and chopped an onion, sprinkled them with kosher salt, and put them in a small baking dish. I added some panko bread crumbs and some milk, topped it with quattro formaggio, and baked it. Pretty tasy.

Or: Sliced polenta with vegetarian Italian sausages (sliced) and marinara sauce, topped with quattro formaggio and baked.
