That’s what some people refer to as a “joke”. In this particular case, a “joke” of the sarcastic variety.
A “whoosh” is defined as the noise which "indicates that the joke just told was too sophisticated for the listener and has gone “way over their head.”
KGS make joke. ambushed doesn’t get joke. Ergo, ambushed was whooshed. (Number of whooshes this round = ambused: 1, KGS: 0)
And I fail to understand the significance of previously meeting someone on a message board while on LSD.
Just like you can sue whoever you wish for whatever you want the police can arrest you for any criminal law. Conviction is another matter.
You’re right, ambushed, liars have no place in our schools. This is why Jonathan Swift must be immediately removed from our public school curriculum! Please join with me in petitioning school boards across the country.

For the record, I’m pretty sure with the exception of a particular Stormy website, no far-right board would approve of the actions of the Columbine shooters. Most of them, in fact, might try to shift some of the blame to the liberalization of the US, but they would not approve of shooting teachers and students.

His facetious comments were certainly ill advised. As the OPer opined, though, not criminal.
