That’s what some people refer to as a “joke”. In this particular case, a “joke” of the sarcastic variety.
A “whoosh” is defined as the noise which "indicates that the joke just told was too sophisticated for the listener and has gone “way over their head.”

Just like you can sue whoever you wish for whatever you want the police can arrest you for any criminal law. Conviction is another matter.

For the record, I’m pretty sure with the exception of a particular Stormy website, no far-right board would approve of the actions of the Columbine shooters. Most of them, in fact, might try to shift some of the blame to the liberalization of the US, but they would not approve of shooting teachers and students.

His facetious comments were certainly ill advised. As the OPer opined, though, not criminal.
