We’re getting ready to head out for dinner; just hubby and I. We figured every place would be a madhouse last night, so we thought we’d splurge and celebrate today instead.

Another day done. I’m eating Kroger Deli chicken, rice, and broccoli. Gordie is eating his food bowl. Deathmobile I and II only cost $3800 total. I’d pay $10k for Batman’s utility belt, though.

I survived brunch with the scary internet peoples! It was a horrible horrible experience… I was forced to listen to amusing anecdotes, subjected to half-empty ketchup bottles and inadequate supplies of creamers, and then they made me SMILE for a photo. Oh, the humanity. 
It was actually a really lovely day, so I ended up taking a stroll down to the Polish area that’s not too far from the restaurant, and came home with poppyseed cheesecake and walnut strudel to reward myself for putting up with such a terrible ordeal. We also made Vietnamese shrimp in caramel sauce for dinner, so I is stuffeded.
