Does Kaiser see non members if they pay cash?
My mother-in-law used to be a member with Kaiser Permanente. As far as I am aware, their facilities are for members only. After all, they advertise as a complete health care organization, so they want complete control of your total health, all the time, so that they can prevent long-term health issues from becoming a problem. They don’t want to just treat walk-ins willy-nilly.
That said, I really don’t know what would happen if you walked up to their door and flashed them a wad of cash. You can try contacting them to find out.

You would probably be better off just calling your local Kaiser facility and see what they have to say.
My mother-in-law has received extremely poor health care from them over the years. I have no idea if that was just a problem with one location or if it is system-wide through their entire company. Personally I think you would be better off just going to a local urgent care type of facility or the ER if it is something more serious, but that’s getting well into IMHO territory.
