Not going to happen.
Firstly, how are they going to know which lions?

Secondly, the rangers know the idea that animals develop a “taste for human flesh” is bunk.

Thirdly, nobody really gives a flying fuck for a dead poacher, so why put in the effort?

Fourthly - the lions just scavenged a dead body, surely it’s the elephant that should be considered more dangerous?

Don’t get me wrong, some lions are known to turn to man-eating. But it’s in situations where it’s the easy option, not because they prefer humans over their normal prey. Suddenly plop tentfuls of tasty morsels in the middle of their territory, and of course there’ll be problems.

If the lions are somehow developing a taste for poachers it would truly be a win-win.
Yum, poached poachers.
If the poachers get scared and stay away, that would be best.
