I don’t think she’s so freakishly big that she can’t find something to cover up with. Who would wear that when they are guest starring on a kid’s show? That’s straight up trashy. You don’t see anyone else doing that. She should have had the sense to know better. If she didn’t then it seems like somebody should have told her. Maybe she wouldn’t listen. Either way it was a stupid thing to do.
TV shows have costume departments. If you show up wearing something inappropriate they aren’t faced with the choice of putting you on the air as you are or cutting you. Clearly, Sesame Street’s producers, directors, etc., didn’t see this as a problem when the segment was being made.
