The only link I found that seems related to the OP is this , skimpy on details, and it does not match the OP on a number of points.
I’m just concerned that not posting a link makes it perfectly fine to use insults. Just because one is allowed to slam other people in the Pit doesn’t mean it’s required, or even appropriate for minor “offenses.”

That news story aired this morning. I heard about it from my friend before I saw it on the news. So what if he exaggerated when he told me? What is to you? Did someone wake up (or not get to bed yet) on the wrong side of the sensitivity meter?
Regardless of how you see it, I posted the links you asked for, and calling me names only adds to your inability to be sensitive to a very real issue. Obviously, you rather cite my missgivings rather than show even the least bit of emotion for the child who was raped. In my book that makes most of what you say completely meaningless and without merit.

While the allegations of sexual abuse of a child are nothing if not horrifying, I hardly think the disaprity between the OP and the real facts of the case can be brushed aside with a “So what?” commentary.
That kind of exaggeration is irresponsible, and, paradoxically, any actually hurt, because the horrors of the phony story were so exaggertated that there is a temptation to react to the real story with a relived, “Oh, is that all?”
If the allegations against Mr. Davis are true, I certainly hope he faces a long prison stay.
But the OP does not deserve praise for his reckless disregard for the truth.

OK, rape is bad. I’m not going to try and defend which ever rapist you finally target. Your OP was still a complete and utter fabrication.
True. I lament that the original post should have been researched a lot more than it originally was. Two guys talking about a blind girl getting raped (when in actuality a sighted boy) I did not have any reason to think we was exaggerating, I did wonder how he knew so much since he was on vacation helping me and not at work (policeman). Trickle down effect in this situation landed on me. I appologise.
Sometimes my temper for ignorant people loses a couple inches from it’s fuse and I too get confused.
