I have a great idea for a website, but I’m not exactly sure how to implement it. How do I go about interviewing web developers to see if they have the particular skill set needed for my project without them saying “You know, I really don’t, sorry.” and then running off and stealing my idea. Is there some type of standard non-disclosure form available for this type of thing? If so, are they actually effective? Thanks for any input.
