Keeping Linen Crisp?

I loves me some linen clothes. However, I hate getting to work only to find myself looking like a rumpled drunk after a 3 day bender. Any fashion tips on getting and keeping linen clothes crisp?

Iron frequently and use sizing or starch, I can’t remember which.

Get your iron as hot as it gets, and iron the clothes wet.

Note: ironing only works in the morning before work; do not iron clothes once you have put them on.

If you’re wearing linen you just have to live with wrinkles. It’s my favorite fabric but you do look like you just rolled out of bed sometimes. Consider linen blends, they behave much better and have many of the good qualities of pure linen.

Sizing is just a kind of starch. I use spray sizing on my linen shirts. Also agree with ironing while wet (well, just bareyl damp, really, or it will take forever). You have to iron until it’s dry, and wait until it’s cool and totally absolutely dry before wearing or it will wrinkle worse than ever.
