I think the actual number should be left to the discretion of the prison population. It’s best addressed on a case by case basis. I’m sure they’ll stop when they feel contrition is sufficiently expressed.
Perhaps we could bring up the question to key figures in the Aryan Brotherhood, solicit their input. So to speak.
Ok, what extra details did you get. I commented on the story in the link. These are two dirtbags that never need a day of freedom not 10 years of probation. A judge that gives that sentence since he is a first time offender needs to experience a dose of reality.
So please expand!
Something about a bus driver who was raped.
Wouldn’t it be quicker if a bunch of us just hied to the jailhouse with a length of rope and finish the job right there? Extra points for those with pitchforks or torches. Triple points if you have appropriate robes, to give it that extra atmosphere. “Kill them in prison” is barbaric, it’s stupid, and some sort of weird virtue signalling. “ Look how upset I get at this obviously reprehensible crime! Look how angry I am at this very apparent miscarriage of justice! Why, I’m so angry, I would toss out all rule of law and the constitution to boot to show exactly how angry I am!”
No doubt these two are terrible people. I too believe the punishment is beyond insufficient. But this “kill ‘m in prison!” , especially from the comfort of a keyboard, is what is wrong with America. It is right there with lying about those who would seek asylum in this country, harassing Muslim Americans (and dumber yet, Sikhs) after 9/11, Joe Arpaio’s shenannigans, and anytime we give in to our baser nature out of either fear, or like here, outrage, or if someone just gets us riled up.
From your description, all we know is that they did something heinous, and that they deserve to die (but didn’t). From the mouseover, one can also learn that the crime involved was rape, that they didn’t even go to jail, and that one of the offenders happened to be a bus driver. From the article itself, we can further get that he was specifically a school bus driver, that his victim was underaged, and that the other guy kept his victim in a cage. This is relevant information, which would help to explain why you feel so strongly about these two cases.
I have little doubt that most among us, especially those immune to sarcasm, would agree that angry mob justice is never the answer.
Still, there are people in the world in need of killing.
Here is an article on the cage case: https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2019/05/02/teen-girl-was-coerced-into-sex-held-dog-cage-her-captor-will-serve-no-prison-time/?utm_term=.7c2d4128dec2. This sentence is all they could get the defendant to agree to in a plea-deal. The alternative was to go to trial, which would have allowed seeking longer and more appropriate punishment (but still no extrajudicial murder to “fix things”). The prosecutor chose not to, and it looks like this was at the urging of the victim’s family. So they had to choose : further harm to the victim, but possibly better verdict, or take this.
As to the bus-driver case: it boggles the mind. There may be stuff we don’t know about this case, but I hope the locals take action to replace this judge.
Is that in addition to the 26 year old bus driver who committed rape of the 14 year old?
I assume everyone is able to click the link and read the article from a legitimate site on their own.
The problem with sarcastically calling for extrajudicial killing, is how do we tell it apart from (…must not Godwinize…) a guy like Duterte?
Perhaps they should be deprived of the offending instruments.
Unfortunately these are barbaric fucks that will then penetrate and torture with inanimate objects.
You bring the bleach, I’ll bring the FOOF
This why we should expand our use of the death penalty. They should drug to the closest dumpster and shot in the head then tossed in the dumpster. No 30 years in jail using their appeals just conviction at trial and straight to the alley.
You read anything lately about how many people have been sentenced to death or prison who turned out to be innocent? How many are you comfortable with? One innocent man executed? Ten? Fifty?
The article says that the bus driver “pleaded guilty to third-degree rape.” I don’t know for sure (IANAL), but I think this means that it was rape only because the girl was underage, not because there was coercion or force involved; and what he did might have been perfectly legal had the girl been over 21 (21 because he gave her alcohol—I don’t know whether he gave her enough to impair her ability to consent had she been old enough). Not that that excuses anything, but it may help to explain why the judge gave such a light sentence.
“Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement.”

Great idea. But such punishments shouldn’t be enforced by amateurs such as other prisoners. The government should hire professional rapists to rape the rapists. Also, while 99% of rapists are male, that still leaves a lot of female rapists who should be punished just as severely. I would certainly like to apply for the job of raping these evil female rapists.
You know, I’ve been thinking long and hard about this and i think I might have a theory that holds some water: One side is a bunch of people (comfortably living in relative first-world luxury) on a dying internet message board expressing emotionally visceral reactions to intensely gut-wrenching acts of moral depravity. Then on the other side, you have a cruel, cold third-world dictator using absolute power for personal gain.
