Killing Zoe Question (Avec Spoilers)

I just bought Killing Zoe on DVD to finally replace my old VHS copy.

I can’t watch the old copy since I have no VCR anymore so I can’t check this out. But I remember in the old copy that there was a shot in the final scene in the car of Zed having a gold bar in his pocket. I didn’t see that shot in the DVD version and now I wonder if I’m remembering it wrong or if the DVD version is different.
Or if I wasn’t paying enough attention. Does anyone else remember that shot? I like the idea that Zed got some loot for his trouble. Maybe that’s why I’m remembering it that way.

there are apparently 2 versions of the movie, but I don’t know if the change you talk about is in there. Here’s a comparison of the R rated versus the director’s cut.

Thanks for the link. Still worth something since it tells me that my DVD is not the Directors Cut and because it’s interesting on it’s own.

I did remember to look on the DVD for Ron Jeremy getting blown away (by a gun, for once).
