Unless they count online viewings, I can’t help. And since it appears to be a repeat, I think that is really unlikely. It is available for live streaming, but that requires cable or satellite, and thus is completely pointless. (At least other services let you time delay.)
And this is absolutely stupid. There seems to be absolutely no advertising on Disney about this, just Kim Possible being put on the schedule according to a Wikipedia citation: http://www.locatetv.com/listings/disney-channel-pacific#02-May-2013
I’m also not sure where the OP got his information that this might help with getting KP back on Disney, as, like I said, there appears to be absolutely no press on this. Even an internet rumor should have a web page mentioning it.
