Or maybe he swings both ways.

He’s a part time door to door salesman.

Maybe he felt safer when he was behind his front door.

He’d have completed the journey in half the time but those Jehovahs witnesses just wouldn’t leave him alone.

It would have been less weight to carry if he had just left the door slighlty open, then it would have been ajar.
