First, they clearly imply evolution which is clearly condemned in The Bible.
But even ignoring that, they’re clearly unnatural.
Let’s suppose you see an Australopithecus trying to start a car by running their feet real fast on the ground like they do in the Flintstones. It’s clearly a nutty thing to do. And if the Australopithecus claimed to enjoy it, you’d suspect there was something wrong with that person. Despite having nothing to do with the arguement at hand, I assert that Knuckle Draggers are no different.
