Other than that, all I see is bravado and “you really like me”. It is unfortunate that you weren’t given sufficient time to further reflect on your stance. “I had to type a racist slur several times in order to wake up the masses!” (Paraphrasing). I mean, really? Dear God. What would you type when you return to a forum full of strangers who you have never met after whay you felt was an unfortunate suspension, where they had been supporting you?

We (the moderators) understood that you were trying to make a point. We obviously disagree strongly that that particular word was necessary in order to make that point, which is what I meant by gratuitous.
Completely off topic, I just need to point out that I have some kind of mental block that prevents me from distinguishing between jimbuff314 and billfish678, which is especially confusing in a thread like this where they don’t agree.

No one thought you were a racist. Some of us thought you were being a high order jerk by calling another poster not just a racist, but a KKK-Level racist. And with no evidence of it being so other than your own bias that those on the other side of the political debate are, by definition, racist. Which has a certain irony to it that I’m sure will be lost on most of those who are the same side, politically, as you are.
Which means you were moderating based on the word, which you in this very thread claimed it was not about the word. Why can’t you guys keep your story straight?
Problem is, calling someone’s post–and it was addressing what he said, not him as a person–racist is explicitly allowed here. We tried to get Marley to moderate it, and he kept saying he would not.
The mods have repeatedly admitted in this thread that it is about the word “nigger,” and none of these other excuses people are coming up with factor in. No mod has argued that the problem is with him calling the guy racist or his ideas racist.
Just now, I quoted a post where they reference the meaning of the post, and say the problem is the words he used to convey that meaning. Not the meaning itself.
The problem, in its entirety, is that he repeated the word “nigger.” The mods have decided that the content of your post is less important than the words.
If it were about what you say, that would be “being a jerk” or even “personal attacks.” But read the thread again. That’s not what they cite. It’s about “language.”
You really seem to be having trouble understanding the point. We’ve repeatedly said it’s not the word specifically, but how the word was used.
Since you’re really not getting it, despite repeated explanations, there’s probably little reason to continue to discuss it with you further.
