Adam Schneider does not control the world. If people popularly called him ‘Tom’, then there would be proof - news stories, editorials, blogs, and the like. This is especially true if he didn’t like being called ‘Tom’.
If Tom ran his campaign to the point that people thought he was campaigning, he’d be mentioned in the news as often, or more, than Adam was.
And if you seriously think that you could fake up an obit and have it believed by anyone here after any scrutiny, then you’re a bigger idiot than I’ve creditted you with. (Here’s a hint - if it wasn’t a link to an online obituary on a reputable news site (and probably even then), its provenance would be questioned to the point that anyone willing to put a wee bit of effort into it could prove the fake. That’s assuming, of course, that it wasn’t obviously a fake on the face of it.

I’m sorry you don’t live in this reality. Faking up an obituary of a person who may or may not have existed makes you look an even bigger jackass than saying ‘I can’t find one’. Hells bells, if you’d just said that, you’d have been given advice on how to find one. (There’s a good chance your local public library has archives of old papers that you can search through. Last time I had to do such a thing, I had no trouble with it. Although microfiche is a bit of a pain in the ass.)
