L33t Sp33k - What's it like in other languages?

I’m curious. What’s l33t sp33k like in other languages? I can easily imagine constructions that involve simply replacing (e) with (3), and forming some letters with hyphens and slashes (|-|u|-|?), but what about languages that don’t use the Roman (or similar) alphabet? How do l33t hax0rs in Japan or Russia employ this? Or is this restricted only to the Enslish-speaking world?

The only foreign d00dspeak I’ve seen is ‘b4k4,’ which is the d00dification of ‘baka’, a derogatory Japanese term of some sort which I don’t know what it means because I don’t use words like that. In other words, they use our alphabet and d00dify it.

They should be so lucky.

uhhh… i’m not 2337, but i speak a little japanese… b4k4 is not that bad of a word. it just means ‘stupid’. ^.^
