It was either that or a piercing so…
uuups! deleted the last sentence, sorry.
This is an interesting question and I don’t really know the answer but it doesn’t seem that strange to me that it came about. Cultures have practiced all sorts of weird body modification, cutting off, or stretching or decorating god knows what, apparently to see what happens.
And in the case of circumcision, well, being uncut is not, in fact, less hygenic now (assuming ones mother has taught one to wash behind ones foreskin ) but in the days of less available bathing water, cut would have been cleaner.
And for many cultures, “clean” equaled “civilized”. (Like the Greeks equating being clean shaven with being civilized.)
Oh, and I prefer cut. Probably mostly because I’m used to it, because I find it more aesthetic (is it becauseit makes a soft penis looks more like a hard penis that I think that ?), and because lots of guys still don’t know how to wash behind their foreskin.
Or good enough to find a hard one
Who needs an operation when you can just use a Tug Ahoy!
Since the majority of American women have no experience with uncircumcised boys or men, why would you assume that a mother would know HOW to teach her male children how to wash correctly? It’s not a skill that women just magically “have” when they become mothers…
My only experience with an uncircumcised male was mostly gross. He did NOT wash thoroughly, but that’s something that’s not immediately evident until you are face to face with the situation, if you get my meaning.
I prefer circumcised, probably because it’s familiar, but it’s kinda sexy to me - someone already pointed out that a circumcised, soft penis looks like it’s ready for action simply because the head is visible. I’m all for that. I think dicks are sexy anyway, so possibly I’m just going with the tried & true here.
oh well
It’s also visible on an un-cut penis too. As it gets hard the skin tends to roll back mostly by itself anyway.
I´m not gonna restore the foreskin. I like the way it looks now, and the girls I have been with (not too many ) said they liked more this way.
By the way, I always try to keep myself as clean as possible.
You must have meant the Romans. The Greeks of the classical era viewed being clean shaven as effeminate. All Greek art that I have seen portrays men as having beards.
By the way, the Greeks preferred uncircumcision. They considered circumcision to be a barbaric practice.
(However, nearly all Greek sources were written by men, so we can’t really hear the voice of Greek women on this matter.)
Is the cut preference among women an American thing? I’d think so, since the majority of American men are, I believe, cut, so it’d just be a natural preference toward what you’ve commonly been exposed to (if one is that lucky! heh). Personally I prefer uncut – the texture is nicer and the movement is much more fluid, and the guy tends to be more responsive. The best sex I’ve ever had was from a circumcised guy, but I still prefer them uncut.
Cut DEFINITELY cut!!! They look nicer, and the foreskin on an uncut man pulls at and pinches the delicate skin around MY soft bits! OUCH!!!
And cleaner, and more fun to go down on, and contrary to what another poster said, I’ve found that uncut men last longer, which if you’re trying to get a guy off orally, is NOT fun. Nor is it fun when he takes forever to get off, it makes for sore parts.
Well, I’m no lady, at least wasn’t the last time I looked, but I still like guys, so I’ll throw in my two cents.
I would have to say that I prefer it if the captain is wearing his cap, but heck, I’m not picky in the slightest. I’ll take what I can get…
Oh, and welcome aboard I don’t know & neither do you
looks at location…
Huh?
