While that may be possible, it’d also be quite painful, and speaking as a straight man, those aren’t sexy at all.
It looks to me like what happens in game development before you’ve fine tuned the breast physics parameters. I wonder if that’s where the idea came from.
Though I think the first one is just supposed to be someone who is such a hardass/badass (depending on context) that hitting her breasts doesn’t bother her.
