Well, there’s definitely a line between being comfortable with each other and abusive behaviour. My husband and I fart and burp around each other all the time, and neither of us feels abused by it. If I told him I hated it and he made a point of farting in my face after that, stupid as it sounds, that’s pretty much grounds for ending a relationship there. It most certainly shows a lack of respect for your opinion and your feelings, SnotBunny. My husband absolutely hates being poked in the belly button; you know what my response was? To not poke him in the belly button (unless he really asks for it.)
