I thought it was because they always bring the ladies “presents”, as in, “I’m so happy to see you because you finally brought that blouse I ordered from Spiegel.”
There seem to be quite a few good-looking guys working for UPS. All the bending and fetching keeps them in good shape. I think the brown uniform is just an association thing.
Eh, it must be women who have a “thing” for uniforms in general. I don’t find the UPS guys very fetching…but I’m more attracted to the business casual look than uniforms, to begin with
I never see my UPS folks - they leave my stuff on the porch when I’m at work. And our mail room receives all stuff at work. The only guys I get to look at in the office are engineers. Only one is buff, and he’s way too young for me, plus he’s an electrical engineer - I have my standards!!
I used to work at a clothing store in Boston where one of the regular UPS guys made the rounds of all nearby stores, servicing willing shopgirls in the back of his UPS truck. Goooo Brown!! Wait, that sounds particularly nasty here.
Seems to be a mixed thing at work–some of the UPS guys are drooled over, some are roundly mocked (especially the tall dopy looking guy who tries to dress–as much as it’s possible in UPS uniform–and act like Vin Diesel).
Yes, UPS guys are generally sexy. Not only are they in good shape and bring us packages, but they never hang around long enough to get annoying.
Dashing guy dashes in, says hi and smiles at us, gives us a present, asks us to spell our last name, and then dashes away, leaving us with only a glimpse of his well-toned calf. If only we could substitute something a little more erotic for “asks us to spell our last name,” then they would be perfect.
