Is it possible that Dormer really was framed by the LAPD? Sure. It’s also possible that the last guy who went postal after being fired really was unjustly fired.
However, until being presented with really compelling evidence that the guy who went postal was unjustifiably fired, I’m going to assume that the guy who massacred a bunch of people deserved to be fired.
Similarly, until compelling evidence is put forward showing Dormer was mistreated I’m going to assume that whoever fired him was right and, on top of that, probably a good judge of character.

That doesn’t negate whatever positive outcome might come out of this tragic turn of events, like cleaning up the LAPD and clearing Dorner’s name in his employment dispute, if indeed he was wrongfully discharged for whistleblowing, like I believe he was.

Cops should be held to a higher standard than Joe Citizen, we trust them with both power and weapons.
If you or I would be jailed and tried for shooting someone in the street without cause, they should be too, sorry that ‘but I was fighting crime’, when there is none in evidence, should not give them an instant pass. Why do they still have jobs? Why are they still on the payroll? Because they correctly feel like a protected class. Even for shooting innocent women in the street. Seems more like a lesser standard from where I sit, not a higher one.
