corners are crustirific.
middle pieces are better later reheated to crustify more.

I voted before I saw that the edges were crunchy – in that case, I’ll take a middle piece. I don’t think lasagna should be crunchy.
I’m not a big fan of the crunchy, so I said side. But not middle because I like to see it hold it’s shape (not necessarily a problem with all lasagnas). But it’s a small preference and I’ll be happy with any portion of sufficient size.
Make this lasagna…
…using this for your tomato sauce…
…and you will never wonder which piece will be best again. They will all be perfect.
Oddly, for brownies, I do prefer the edge pieces. But only for actual chocolate brownies, not snickerdoodles or blondies or any other baked bars. There’s something about chocolate that benefits from being slightly burnt.
Corner, always.
Yum. Crunchy goodness and cheese.
I’m a fan of crunch, but lasagne is all about goo…
the crunchy part is gross
middle
Middle! That’s my favorite slice of pizza, too
I need a spherical lasagna pan with a gravity well in the center so that i could make EDGELESS LASAGNA and it will be heaven on earth. Middle piece all the way.
Can’t help you with that, but for the edge lovers, there’s this.
Looks like I’m the one “don’t like lasagna” vote so far. Something about the taste plus how it feels in my mouth just sets me off and I can’t stand it.
If forced to eat it, however, give me the middle. Those slightly burned, congealed edges are the worst of all.
This.
And now I’m hungry…
I’ll take a corner piece too please, as long as it isn’t too overdone and the gooey stuff didn’t run into the middle.
Middle. I don’t like the burnt edges. I also like the middle of cake better than end pieces, because there’s less frosting that I hate.
Always the corner. With lasagna, cake, cornbread…everything.
Looks like I’m too late to get a corner piece, darn it! I guess I’ll make do with an edge piece.
I’m number 2! I’m number 2!
I feel like I SHOULD like lasagne. And I even make it about once every other year because I convince myself I do like it. And it’s ok, for the first couple of bites, but then I just realize i don’t like it that much and would rather have had pasta with a little sprinkle of cheese. Maybe it comes from me not liking tomato sauces very much?
If I have to eat some, then a bit of an edge, but that’s it.
I’m taking you up on this. Your reputation is on the line.
I want the top, especially if it has lots of cheese. You guys can fight over the rest.
