I paid to renew my charter membership on 08/19, but the title is not showing up. Can you fix this, or do I need to do something?

This is true for all subscriptions. you don’t have to wait until your subscription expires; you lose nothing by paying forward, it extends your existing time and you lose nothing.
You can also make a donation to help the cause if you’d like; every bit helps. You can also give gift subscriptions.
