Last letter = First Letter, min 3 syllable word chain

I used to have a ton of fun playing this with my son and his best friend when we were on long car journeys. The rules are simple - you must generate a word that is a minimum of three syllables, with the first letter being the last letter of the previous word. Kudos if you can manage 4+ syllables, but it is not required.

For example, if I start with “ciabatta,” the thread might result in:

Anonymous

Secretively

Yellowish

Horrendous

Serpentine…

So, I’ll start with my example, ciabatta.

This is one of the most popular games among children in Romania, but you are supposed to use the last two letters of the previous word to start a new one. I understand why this rule cannot work in English - you would often get stuck. In Romanian, however, you need to try hard to block somebody - and this is how the game ends, by finding a word whose final two letters will not allow the opponent to begin a new one. Here is an example:

acrobat -> atentie -> iepure-> restaurant (acrobat -> attention -> rabbit -> restaurant)

Okay, enough with this, and back to the game.
