Gregory Sierra has died.
Just a couple of weeks ago, after a long battle with cancer, though the news was only made public yesterday.

The 1959 film “Operation Petticoat” has three: Joan O’Brien, Marion Ross and Gavin MacLeod.
Huh. I would have thought he was dead. And Bernie Kopell is still alive, too.
b5 just lost an important one :
i don’t remember her in lost tho …
Nope, Murray Slaughter will be 90 on February 28th. And if the “Love Boat” is how you remember him, apparently the eight cast members listed in wiki are all alive.
Fittingly, a Barney Miller episode was where I learned what the word “tontine” meant.
I learned that word from Col. Potter (Sherman! T!) On MAS*H
Agreed. A very moving scene and that one line perfectly sums up the futility of war. You also felt the weight Col. Potter felt in devoting so much of his life to these wars.
Who’d have thought Crawford would be the first to go from the cast of Village of the Giants? Beau Bridges, Ron Howard, Joy Harmon, Tommy Kirk, Toni Basil, and even the Sheriff, Joe Turkel are all still kicking.
I recently noted in another thread that Shirley Eaton is the sole living cast member from Goldfinger (1964).
Some of us learned it from Thomas Costain and some of us learned it from Ox.
Robert Louis Stevenson via The Wrong Box.
Of the major names in that movie known on this side of the Atlantic, John Mills, Ralph Richardson, Peter Cook, Dudley Moore, and Peter Sellers have all left this mortal plane. Michael Caine remains alive, planning to keep on acting forever.
With the loss of Johnny Crawford, we’re down to six.
I just learned two of the four Monkees are still alive.
Paul O’Keefe is the last surviving member of the Patty Duke Show. Interestingly, Patty, William Schallert (Martin) and Eddie Applegate (Richard) all passed in 2016.
The Courtship of Eddie’s Father had only three regular cast members and, of course, only the kid (Brandon Cruz) is still alive.
The Munsters and Family Affair have two apiece: Butch Patrick and Pat Priest for the former and Johnny Whitaker and Kathy Garver for the latter.
Vera Miles (born August 23, 1929; now 91 y.o.) and Patricia Hitchcock (born July 7, 1928; now 92 y.o.) are the last surviving members of the main cast of Psycho (1960).
Two uncredited actors, Fletcher Allen (born May 5, 1922) and Paul Jasmin (born April 15, 1935) are apparently still around as well.
