rembere all the junk that the french expedition took off the bottom? Old toilet seats, wine bottles, shoes, other assorted junk-how much did collectors pay for it? As i recall, the French were widely criticized for taking the stuff-God knows why (to me, it would be like stealing from an unattended junkyard).
