Yes, and I think we have enough here to just call it.
He could not see his wife clearly, so he came on to her in a tone and manner that clearly indicated he thought she was a younger woman. He had always been unfaithful, but had kept it quiet and she had forgiven him multiple times. This time, he literally came on to her like she was a younger girl AND invited her to HER favorite restaurant.
All because of his failing vision and jerkiness.
