YES AND NO, I think.

Well, all the bathroom uses I listed use plumbing, so it is involved and relevant in that. However, Fred did not have:

• relevant faulty plumbing
• relevant plumbing “issues”
• relevant issues that require a plumber or any plumbing by anyone.

If you have further questions about plumbing, water, etc. please ask them. Maybe you would say plumbing is kind of relevant.
