So Maurice took a picture of his brother?

While his brother was on top of some sort of stuffed animal?

Yes to the first, no to the second.

So Maurice took a photo of his brother who was with a 4-legged animal that had died, and thus the brother was no longer “in need of help”?

Was the occurrence at their home?

Was the animal a pet?

Some parts are correct (Maurice took a photo, there was a dead animal involved) and some are not (the brother was definitely in need of help, to say he was “with” the animal is not quite accurate, and the help he needed was not due to the animal’s health/death)

The animal was not a pet.

It was not in their home.

Was the need for help imminent (i.e., consequences would ensue if help was not given quickly)?
Was the need for help dire (i.e., with very severe consequences if help was not provided)?
Was the animal domesticated?
Was the animal wild?
Was the animal owned by one and/or both of the brothers?
Is the cause of the animal’s death relevant?

Did the animal become famous after death:
As a company logo?
As a statue?
In a poem?
In a song?
In a painting?

Do we know the animal by a proper name, like “Lassie” or “Grumpy Cat”?

On second thought, too, “famous” is a little misleading. It’s the sort of famous where you have to refer to them as “the famous [xyz]” because chances are pretty good that the person you’re talking to hasn’t heard of them. More niche famous or trivia famous.
