Sorry Elvis, you’re right. I read over the OP too quickly and thought this was about Clinton’s (and McCain’s) charges that Obama is an “elitist” based on remarks he made in San Francisco last week, not over him asking for orange juice.
Her claim that he’s “elitist” and “out of touch” at all is still ridiculous, but not the specific subject of this thread.

Hey, the man always talks about how much he loves a good steak. That’s manly and American enough for me. 
He must go clean out brush. He could volunteer at Bush’s ranch. He has been doing it by himself for 7 years. He will have to buy proper boots and a flannel shirt but then the stigma of orange juice and sub par bowling will be counteracted.
