Law and Order SVU Season Finale (spoilers)

I am stunned after watching this last night:

  1. Why would the father kidnap his own kid? He had full sole custody!

  2. The lab doctor is very good at giving medical instructions while losing consciousness. That’s a good technique we should all learn.

  3. So Sharon Stone’s ADA character had breast cancer. Big deal. She was only in 3 previous episodes. The audience hasn’t formed enough of a bond with her to give a rats ass.

  4. Throwing the dead kid’s body around? Pointless shock value in an attempt to prop up a totally worthless and void episode.

They cancelled the wrong Law and Order.

I got about as far as the ME telling Benson how to save her as she was dying before I said to hell with it and changed the channel. I know the show is far fetched, but that was just absurd.
