I like to mix the Trader Joe’s curry simmer sauces with spinach, simmer it all with some cut up chicken or cod fish and you have a complete meal.
I love it too, and buy it every time they have it around here and it looks good which sadly isn’t as often as I’d like.
I do the old saute a couple of chopped up cloves of garlic in a little bit of olive oil then throw in the chopped up rappinni and saute THAT till it turns dark green trick. Yummy.
I like kale in chicken or turkey soup too.
