He didn’t really show up in the comic book, he showed up in the Order of Battle spinoff of the comic series that was essentially the filecards expanded in a format similar to the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe (similar to how Transformers Universe expanded on the tech specs). His profile appeared in one issue, and the two following issues featured a retraction of the profile.
