Howso. I heard that last week both Trump and Obama were briefed about Russian attempts to compromise Trump, but I haven’t seen any changes in Trump since then.
The point is that intel let Trump know that these stories were going around. He knows if they’re true or not. If true - Now he knows they know.

Yeah, and from what I’m hearing they wouldn’t have included it if they didn’t think some of it was true or at least consistent with the information they have. I said some, not all. Also a lot of the errors will be because this is raw intel, it’s literally an unpolished report of what someone said. Some of it may be true, some of it may be a lie, some of it may be mistaken but believed to be true by the person who said it, etc etc.
One easily checkable thing is to see if Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen was in Prague. He’s on twitter right now saying he’s never been and posting pics of the outside of his passport. Of course, they don’t stamp the outside, and when traveling inside the EU they don’t stamp the inside either.

The Washington Post article didn’t link to the PDF report in the OP, just that they believe Russia “has” something on Trump (like daughter fucking, I bet).
I’m not sure I can take the word of an anonymous internet guy about this being a hoax.
I think Trump needs to produce his long-form passport to prove he wasn’t in Russia.
Either you or your source seems to be mixed up about the content of the “leaked report”. Your cite quotes some anonymous messageboard denizen with an aversion to capital letters talking about the dissemination of some alleged “fanfiction [mailed] to anti-trump pundit rick wilson about trump making people piss on a bed obama slept in”.
The linked “report”, on the other hand, alleges that Trump hired prostitutes in Moscow to perform a urination show for him.
All that shows is that the author of the “fanfiction” perceived some similarities between his plot and the “report” content and jumped to the conclusion that the “report” incident must have been copied from his “fanfiction”.
Authors jump to this sort of conclusion all the time, as we see from the innumerable plagiarism lawsuits where an author insists that key features of a somewhat similar (but usually far more successful) artwork must have been stolen from their own.
The New York Times is reporting that there are unsubstantiated reports that the Putin regime supplied Trump with prostitutes in order to obtain blackmail material. Again, they are currently “unsubstantiated,” but the NYT would have to feel pretty confident to even go this far.
