Trump pours bleach on hard drives, don’tchaknow?
That’s not bleach - it’s hookers’ urine.

The White House tried to get the FBI to leak top secret information to reporters
*Washington (CNN)The FBI rejected a recent White House request to publicly knock down media reports about communications between Donald Trump’s associates and Russians known to US intelligence during the 2016 presidential campaign, multiple US officials briefed on the matter tell CNN.
White House officials had sought the help of the bureau and other agencies investigating the Russia matter to say that the reports were wrong and that there had been no contacts, the officials said. The reports of the contacts were first published by The New York Times and CNN on February 14.
The discussions between the White House and the bureau began with FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus on the sidelines of a separate White House meeting the day after the stories were published, according to a U.S. law enforcement official. A White House official disputes that account, saying that McCabe called Priebus early that morning and said The New York Times story vastly overstates what the FBI knows about the contacts. The White House official said that Priebus later reached out again to McCabe and to FBI Director James Comey asking for the FBI to at least talk to reporters on background to dispute the stories. A law enforcement official says McCabe didn’t discuss aspects of the case but wouldn’t say exactly what McCabe told Priebus.*
I see the next act as:
Sessions fires Comey for refusing to disavow the reports of the campaign’s ties to Russia. They continue firing until they find a Borkesque stooge to do their bidding as acting FBI director. The FBI stops the investigation. Impeachment proceedings begin.
A nothing story that the media tries to blow into something. The story is:
FBI deputy director tells Priebus that the story as published is complete crap.
Priebus says don’t tell me, tell the media.
FBI deputy director says can’t do that, it’s an ongoing investigation.
Woopteedoo.
The fact that Priebus is even talking to anyone in the Justice Dept about an ongoing investigation is the real issue.
Bill Clinton’s tarmac meeting with Loretta Lynch was enough to have the FBI take over the email server investigation. But I guess IOKIYAR.
Turns out that Jeff Sessions lied to Congress about not meeting with the Russians during the election, and is now in charge of the investigation of Russian involvement in the election.
Ya know, I always try to tell myself that all these allegations regarding ties to Russia may end up being nothing. Maybe it’s all perfectly innocent, nothing to worry about. But why they lie about it Every. Fucking. Time?
Vladmir Putin won the election fair and square, I wish the democrats would just let him get on with the business of running America.
Does Trump maintain a united front, or throw Jeffy boy under the bus.
Force of habit?
Issa for one has shown a little bit of integrity in calling for a special prosecutor regarding the whole Russian controversy. I think this will add a little fuel to the fire, Sessions will resign before the end of business Friday and the special prosecutor process will commence shortly.
Sessions isn’t going to resign. No Republican is calling for that.
But the case for a SP just got a whole lot stronger. He can make his own controversy go away by agreeing to the SP.
How can he not? He committed perjury.
He’s claiming he was speaking within the context of the campaign, not with the context of him being a Senator. A dodgy, semantic defense, but who is going to prosecute him?
He;s also just said he didn’t talk about the campaign.
THis administration has zero credibility.
“I did not have sex with that Russian…”.
There were an awful lot of Trump’s team talking to Russians for no apparent purpose it seems. Perhaps they were all talking to them about sports or something. I’m sure there is no problem there.
And anyway, it’s OK if they conspired with Russians to influence the election; They’re Republicans, and so they can do anything they want. Right?
Every time one of these scandals comes up, it reinforces my theory that Paul Ryan or Mitch McConnell found a magic lamp and wished for the GOP to attain ultimate power. If this administration isn’t some djinn’s idea of a sinister, ironic wish fulfillment, I don’t know what is.
It wasn’t Trump campaign insider and surrogate Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions III that spoke with the Russian ambassador, it was Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions III the member of the Senate committee! Totally different!
