Led Zeppelin DVD

I was just wondering if anyone had seen the new DVD of Led Zeppelin that just came out. IT has over 5 hours of never before seen footage.

I purchased it today and thought that it was outstanding. The quality is much higher than I anticipated and it was a nice reminder of the many reasons I love this band.

Just wondering if anyone else agrees or had any thoughts on it.

I have it; I love it. The visual clarity and sound quality are amazing. Certainly it beats The Song Remains the Same, and it has a strong representative selection of Led Zep classics.

What gobear said. My only disappointment is that “Ten Years Gone” isn’t on there from the Knebworth show. MTV played that as a video during some Led Zeppelin weekend in the early 90’s, and it was fantastic. But then again, so is pretty much everything else on the DVD, so I can’t complain too much.

As far as I am concerned, just having a live version of “Nobody’s Fault But Mine” and “Achilles Last Stand” was worth the purchase price.

Have you checked out the 3 CD set “How the West Was Won” ? I figured I would start with the DVD first and see if I liked it.

I have it, I’ve watched about 1.5 hours of it so far and I love it.
