Do what I do (did it on Saturday morning) with leftover french fries: saute in a skillet with a half a chopped onion, some minced garlic, a few rashers of bacon (sliced in 2-inch lengths). When the bacon is cooked, add four eggs (scrambled), cook over low heat, adding shredded cheese while the eggs are cooking. Goes well with a couple of cups of coffee and a couple of slices of buttered toast.
