I can’t seem to get away from Leonard Padilla, in the Casey Anthony case. Has he contributed anything? He seems to be on Nancy Grace every night as some expert witness, but his opinions seem about as relevant as mine are, and about half as informed. He posted bond for her, before he became odious and she told him off. Has he done anything helpful in the case…helpful, that is, for…anybody?
Also, I heard somebody, probably Nancy, callling him something like ‘the world’s most famous bounty hunter’. I’m not really up on the hierarchy of bounty hunters, but i would have thought of Dog being that, just because of his show.
Any help?

I know him personally. He is a goof ball. He had his own show about bounty hunters but he demanded the same fee as Dog and they told him to take a hike( don’t know for sure but that is the local scuttlebut…)Nancy Grace (my feelings for her can only be expressed in the Pit) seems to love him. He runs for public office here in Sacramento occasionally and often has a big sign in his window that says “NO TAXES EVER” how he proposes to fill pot holes is anybodys guess. He is a big fish in his own mind here in the local legal community but mostly we just giggle behind his back. A lot of people depend on him for referrals fortunately I don’t.
He really does always wear a black cowboy hat and boots and tries to act like a good old boy…
