Today’s heavenly carb treat: chickenchips! That’s brined chickenskin deep fried until it’s shatter-crisp. YUM.

I wasn’t sure if you were checking the monthly general weight loss threads, so I thought I’d update you on my own path: 20 pounds down, very easy and comfortable, blood pressure down.

My plan is not formal, it’s simply keep the carbs WAY WAY down. Very Atkins-ish.
The vast majority of what I eat is meat, cheese, eggs, nuts and fruit.
