Heh. These little guys are actually slimy salamanders (Plethodon glutinosus), and I thank the heavens that I chose to enter a profession in which I get to see stuff like this all the time. 
Hey, don’t laugh. 30 seconds after this photo was taken, all those eggs hatched and tried to attach themselves to his face. :eek:
