I’m sory, but will someone tell me if landoverbaptist is real or not. The ROTK article reeks of something seen on the onion (300ft Jesus doing kungfu on everyone?!?), but they sell 60 second sermon CD’s and seem to have a lot of bible knowledge…
It’s a parody.
This one cracks me up

I love the “Bush Administration” section.
“Ted Nugent. Sec of Wildlife”
“Donald Rumsfeld. Sec. Strangelove”
etc.
Pure Drivel (I know the author of this one)
http://www.bigbadchinesemama.com is quite funny. It’s essentially a parody of mail order bride websites.
If you like “The Itchy and Scratchy Show” try Happy Tree Friends.
Jib Jab is Christmassy funny stuff. Here’s a link to the elves farting the 12 days of Christmas:
linky-poo
www.thankyoufortakingmycall.com my favorite is the Ted Koppel interview.
www.stupidvideos.com as the name might suggest, lots of stupid stuff… some of it hilariously funny, some not enough to make one grin. (don’t try this one on dial-up)
Found Magazine. I heard about this site on This American Life. A lot of them are funny, but mostly it’s just interesting.
And I’ll declare an interest - I’m the editor in chief
Mark Morford is a columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle who writes some pretty skewed views of what’s in the news. His column is thrice weekly and you can subscribe for free to his email column, which includes some very funny stuff.
Warning: NOT suitable for Republicans, homophobes or born-again types.
Well, there’s three sites that I check frequently that I woulda wagered had already been linked to here, but I woulda lost.
First is PvP Online, which I found from links here and at Slashdot.
Then there’s Kenzer&Co’s site, with classic Knights of the Dinner Table strips, and original comics called Fuzzy Knights.
Finally, Fark.com. It’s a weblog in the spirit of Slashdot, except they emphasize outrageous news stories, along with some politics, photoshop contests, sports, and boobies. It’s like The Man Show for the internet.

Some may find the humor at this site to be on the Junior High level, but I just can’t help but laugh. Although a few times I’ve found myself wondering, “WTF?!”.
Check out these essays on being a temp. I sent the link to Scott Adams and actually got an email back from him saying he liked them!

I admit didn’t get it at first, but the comic strip Achewood is just awesome. Few of them are all that funny out of context, but when you dig through the archives and/or follow the strip regularly, a pattern of genius emerges. Somehow it manages to be high-brow and low-brow, really dark and really sweet all at the same time. One of the funniest ones that stands on its own is this one. (Which I guess could be offensive if you don’t realize that it wasn’t intended as mean-spirited).
And it’s already been mentioned but needs to be mentioned again:
The Book of Ratings by Lore Sjoberg is consistently funny and occasionally the most brilliant use of the English language ever published.
Lore Brand Comics is good stuff, too.
I would definitely have to add www.TheSpoof.com
