Let us sing the praises of Christianity

Leave it to you. Of course…

Since we’re singing the praises of Christianity and you mention those, I’ll take it to mean you’re a big fan of both? God, you are one twisted little man.
Is there any thread on any topic that stumps you in ways of shitting on it?

Excuse me?

This isn’t debate?

This is more witnessing, dumb-ass. There’s a new thread set up just for you in these same forums. Funny how your beliefs and biases seem to be the only ones that count. Mind if some people celebrate Christ over the holiest weekend in Christianity? Yeah, thought you would.

Let me see. The post you speak of was posted after my comment. Right?

It seems to me you only want to glorify the good things and sweep the bad things under the rug.
Oh that’s right. You are a Bushco supporter.

It all fits.

However, this is Great Debates where challenging witnessing is allowed, but calling people names is not.

(There is no protection for witnessing in GD. One may always ask that criticisms be posted in a separate thread, but there is not Board-supported rule to enforce such a request.

On the other hand, Reeder, your “Bushco” related comments are not particularly relevant, either.

You already have a Pit thread on Bushco supporters that I responded to and haven’t seen a response there. Take care of your own thread.
And I take it only Republicans are Christians? Thanks for confirming that.

I would have to agree with the previous posters (well, except for Reeder. Dude, find another thread, okay?) in that where there is true Christianity, there is true love, compassion, beauty, and wisdom.

I only find it a pity that it’s so difficult for true Christianity to be heard over the blatant misappropriations of Christ’s teaching that blare so loudly today.

The music. The chorals, the requiems, the classic christmas tunes.

Adam Sandler’s “Hannukah Song” doesn’t quite match up to the very impressive library of Christian music.

Apologies to you, Reeder and everyone else. Got carried away. I’ll try to be more mindful in the future.

It’s ok my friend. Please forgive me for getting a rise out you.

It was not my intention.

“The only good thing to come out of religion was the music.”

No cite, but I think there have been studies showing there is no significant correlation between personal religious belief and socially acceptable behavior.

Christianity also brought us Veggie Tales.

and His4Ever, too, I always thought she tried to be gracious but also called down a lot of crap on herself here she could have avoided.

Numerous people that none of us has ever heard of because they went about quietly doing good without calling attention to themselves.
