Let's say I want to send a flock of sheep to Europe ...

If an agricultural concern wants to send a small- or medium-sized flock of sheep or a herd of cattle to an overseas destination, how is it done? Well, the obvious mode of transport is by ship, but the Cattle Carriers are designed for, at least in the case of the vessel I found at http://www.maritimesales.com , 600 cattle or 6,000 sheep! Would it be economical to send a flock of, let’s say, 100 sheep via cattle carrier? Who tends to the animals while they’re on board for several weeks? Is there a better, cheaper method, i.e. aircraft designed to carry smaller numbers of livestock?

By the way, if you act right now, you can pick up a lovely pair of research vessels for only 1 million dollars each.

A Flock Of Seagulls would probably be much easier to send to Europe. They have toured there previously, that’s one major obstacle out of the way. Sure, music has moved on a bit since their heyday in the 1980s and they haven’t done much since their last major release (1995’s “The Light At The End Of The World”), but there has always been a market for the retro sound.

Getting them past customs may be difficult, but no more so than a bunch of sheep, what with all the disease going around.
