Name in Green Font = Doper will be going to or returning back to location in future.
Mixed colors/bolding = Doper has more than one attributes to location

The difficulty is that Australia is a geograhpically large federation, so with the Australians giving their states, instead of just their nation, you might want to treat it like you have the USA; on the other hand New Zealand dopers haven’t offered regions, so you might like to treat NZ like you have the European countries. There is also the further confusion that Australia is a continent and a nation, and you’ve been listing countries under their underlined continent. To keep this theme going, the correct way in theory would be to have Australia written twice - once underlined as a continent, and then again below that as a country - but that might look top-heavy and weird. Your call.
And you’ve put me back in New Zealand. I have never set foot on Kiwi soil (apart from when I used to live at Bondi).

I don’t have a big problem anymore with having Australia in italics but not us in NZ, Idle Thoughts. Looks fairly clear anyway, and I can’t keep arguing the toss. But why do you have Mexico in italics when there are no state or provincial separations underneath it? Unless you don’t want Mexico to look like a state of the Canada, that is.

Wow, if you’re going into all that, I’m an American living in Australia. I was born in D.C., grew up in Maryland, moved here from South Carolina, and plan to move back to the U.S. (not sure which state - MD, NC, or VA probably) at the end of '06.
