Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is sooo good. The small batch is fine, but doesn’t really stand out. ECBP hits like $200 bottles should.

North Central TX, but yeah it’s Cetnral-ish enough. I’ll keep my eye out for their whiskeys, it’s usually kind of an impulse buy for me, and having a new thing to impulse on is good. All gin tastes like hair spray to me, though. I’ll pass on that.
Man, Elijah Craig is one of the whiskeys that really hasn’t changed in it’s flavor after dropping it’s age statement on the label. It’s still really good stuff, enjoy!
