I was pointed at Letterboxd a couple of weeks ago, thanks to the Straight Dope, so I thought I’d start a thread about it in particular. Letterboxd is a site that lets you track (and optionally review) movies you’ve watched. It strongly appeals to a tiny borderline OCD part of my brain.
The interface is pretty solid and their database is about 99% complete - I’ve got a handful of movies on the old spreadsheet I used to keep that aren’t in their system. (out of over 1500) I understand they use themoviedb.org as their source database.
So! I know there are at least two other Dopers using it - one of whom I have connected as a ‘Friend’. Are there any others? I’d be interested in building up my movie ‘network’.
I am also happy to answer questions about the service, to the extent that I am able.
