I was thinking no proper nouns, but I didn’t explicitly say it in the OP. I don’t care, I guess. When they did TUBA - > LYNN it was too late…
I think it’s improper, but you can choose to use proper nouns if you wish.
Despite my best efforts, i was only able to solve this one by going to the full Oxford English Dictionary and using a couple of obsolete words. I have indicated which ones they are, and given definitions.

OK, proper is improper. I get it, I think.
My opinion is that proper nouns should be legal but deprecated. In other words, use them if you must, but if somebody comes back with an improper suggestion* they get to 
at you.
*After all, there’s no shortage of improper suggestions on this board … and I’ve been waiting for years to use that joke.
