Swiddles, thanks for the lift! Reading that caused a huge grin on my face that is hurting my cheeks. But it’s that good pain that only comes with that kind of smile. I like it!
I know what you mean about the trees, too. I’ve never seen Vermont, but Michigan has some kick-butt fall colors. Gorgeous stuff, that.
Can I just pat you on the butt instead of pinching you? Wait, you are only 21, forget I did that, ok? I don’t want to be branded a dirty old man even if I am one.
I always think life is great, some times less great than others.
Jim, I’m not even 21 yet. That’ll be another cause for celebration, in 57 days, I can actually go out at night after 10:00 and get in without a dorky X on my hand. Yah!
And anyone can feel free to pinch/hug whatever they want. I’m that happy. Off to watch my first DVD on this computer!
Smitten has a girlfriend. In Pennsylvania, which would explain why I read the situation the way I did. And as I am not SisterRiddles, this means hands off. Feh. Figured I should update before I get questioned at the next Dopefest.
However, I discovered Macster, and tbe iBrooke rocks. So things are still OK.
The poor, poor, man. Missing out on such a wonderful person as Swiddles. Swiddles- a perfect SO is out there waiting for you. You are a beautiful and interesting person, no doubt, the fella is torn.
The colors here in Connecticut are just starting to get good.
Oh, my, yes. There is nothing - nothing - like a clear night far away from any cities, when the sky is just awash with stars. You can make out the plane of the galaxy, and as you stare longer at different places in the sky, more and more stars appear. I can look up at a sky like that for hours, letting my mind probe the edges of time, and distance, and silence. That’s the sort of thing that reminds you why you’re alive.
huh, jabe? Was that directed toward myself or Matt?
Yea, the stars are killer here. Especially in the middle of the state, here in Burlington we’ve still got a bit of interference from Montreal’s lights.
So the aforementioned fella has been sick for the past two days. I am considering it a devine blight for being in a relationship. The nerve of some people!
Thanks for the nice-ness, kiddos. I figured out how to hook the iBrooke up to my stereo for making mix tapes from my MP3s. Boo-yah.
**SwimmingRiddles **: "This is my first post from my brand new Graphite ibook SE. Faster than hell, with a DVD and firewire. I am elated. (not Elaine, she’s on Sienfeld.)
Cool! Now if you can get yourself an Airport you don’t even need to plug a jack into your iBook!!
